help for my half block

hello I just bought a half block in launcher spare parts. But unfortunately no notice or explanation of how the rise and what are the different pieces so I turn to you for you help me determine what model it is and how fitting it.  I'll post some pictures of different pieces that I have

Looks like a general custom halfblock job (although someone might recognize the actual maker), on a (I think) 2003 WGP minicocker body. Parts you have include the mechanical valve system with a rocket valve, and an mQ2 valve. Frame is an E2, looks like a full Eclipse frontend.

I don't know what those foam things are in the middle. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
