feeling out the interest for the mid-block conversion. dont seem to be too many people doing it right now. i've had more than a few PM's on the matter from doing my gun. so reply or send me a PM if you might be interested in this, or just your opinion on the market for this period. and an old pic of my gun for example.

If you can do it, and for the price you mentioned, you'll be busy indeed ...

yeah, i posted the same thing over at PBN, but it got closed. and i'm vacation so i havent been checking much.

price is looking to be around $110 for the basic milling, the parts (sled, bolt pin, bolt, cutting your pump arm down) with no anno. might be offering some milling of the top tube to give it more of an Ego/Timmy look, for a little more money. just a ballpark figure for now. i'm still working everything out with my machinists. i will keep everyone posted.

and the point for doing this, in my opinion, is internalizing the cocking mechanisms, so there's no external moving parts outside the body dimensions.  theres a slight reduction in recriprocating mass aswell. havent measured yet to see exactly how much. once again, these are just my reasons for the modification. some think that a cocker's not a cocker unless there's a back block. this mod is not for them. Cheesy

thanks

This is exactly what I want it for.  Although I do likc the clacking noise/action of the back block but I play more tight now with the gun and the back block keeps hitting my mask.

Keep us posted!!!
