New paintball irc chat: collecting users

Would it be ok to make an invite thread here for an irc chat? just been quite a while since i've been in a chat that manages to stay somewhat active while containing relatively "like-minded" people (achieving both seems to be impossible lately). So Krush and I  decided to make a fresh start. So if it's ok with the mods here, i can reply to this thread with the chat server/channel info.

i'm seeing more people mention something about it working but there being no content. Well i'm in the chat and i can see users joining and signing off immediately in the logs.

The solution may be to grab an irc client for this and just punch in the info i posted earlier. Actually i think all the chat regulars there use some kind of external means of logging in including me of course.

other than mIRC, there's always the chatzilla addon for firefox. I also heard mibbit is good, and i believe trillian allows you to join irc chats too. Regardless, we're working on it.
