I like these guns.  I always have.  Now they sell for $99 new.  I halfblocked mine anyways.  I am in a machining program and am about a year into it.  I made this in my spare time:

The bolt, block, and pin were made from scratch.  The pump arm is just an old minicocker pump arm that I cut off and re-threaded.  I will put the detent in the bolt tomorrow to keep the pin locked in.

All in all, it is a very easy mod if you have the right equipment.  In the future I am going to do them commercially.  I am too busy at the moment though.

wow hey that doesn't look bad at all! actually, I quite like it! hey could you buy one and halfblock it for me.  If they sell for 99$ new i'll pay you say 200$ for it?  I think you could get quite a business going on here.  I'm really interested in buying one if you have the time and parts to do it.

I actually thought about that.  Those guns sell for $99.  Buy several, halfblock them, then sell them for $250

I thought I mentioned that in the first post.

The block, bolt, and pin top are all black delrin.

They are just as good as stock WGP pneumatics if you ask me.

But for 99 bucks can you really complain?  The body alone is worth that if you ask me.  I am doing some milling on an AKA Featherlight body for a guy, the Superbolt body is at least 15% lighter.

Very nice cocker.  I am seriously thinking of converting my system X to a halfblock.
