Race half-block conversions

There seems to be some understandible confusion on this topic, since Race is giving two different lines at this time. So I've done some snooping and this what I've leared.

- If you email the Race info email, Karen will tell you that they are not currently doing conversions.

On the other hand,

- I've been in contact with Jim (Diveanx) of Race and here's a summation of what he's told me.

Cost: $250, steel pump arm, bolt, bolt pin, half-block, and anno included. The half block will be identical to the ones currently used on the Race half block cockers. Not plans for a different block or sled.

Turn around time: Estimated at 4 weeks, not including shipping time. They have not done a conversion yet, but are ready to.

So, that's what I've found out.. not totally conclusive.
