Chances are, this has been reported already on another forum somewhere that I don't read, but I thought I'd get a discussion going here.  Along with my recent eBlade eye purchase from WGP came their 2006 catalog.  Some of the new products listed included the Worr Machine EG, AG, and RG.  All are open bolt blow-backs according to the chart.  I'm guessing that these are WGP badged Viewloader blow-backs.  The ASA shape is the exact same as those from the Viewloader website.  These WGP versions do have Cocker threaded barrels and feednecks.  All have a regulator with gauge that is externally adjustable.

The EG is their electronic version and comes with break-beams and has full auto and 3-shot burst along with the standard semi mode.

The AG has some kind of air assist trigger that is supposed to provide the feel of an electronic, at least according to the print material.  No eyes of course.

The RG is the standard mechanical trigger.

To me it seems as if WGP has been focusing a lot on lower-end products since K2 aquired them.  While it sounds like these new blow-backs from WGP are probably a little nicer than the parts we would expect from VL and JT, I'm a little concerned that innovation for the cocker will fall by the wayside and that quality is going to take a significant dip.  I hope no one buys one of these expecting to get a cocker or anything that even resembles a cocker.

I know there was a discussion on another forum about WGP coming out with a new high end marker as well, but they were still designing it. Apparently someone was playing with someone who worked at WGP and he was told about it. Details were vague though. The guy got the impression that he was talking about a new cocker, though he never said it was. Either way, he said it was going to be a high end gun. I hope it turns out to be a cocker with updated electronics. If it turns out not to be a cocker, I'll be disappointed to say the least.
