well its about that time this year where im starting to play with the CNC machines and i was wondering for those that have milled bodies where you started with designs?  i am planning on getting some raw bodies and half blocking them manualy but after that as far as design goes im having mental blocks.  i already have a Solid Works drawing of a raw body but i don't know where to begin.  i don't know whether i will be using feature cam and sending the program to the machine or writing the program manually (depends on what my shop teacher says) but i need to start this design before i worry about that.  what is the safest thickness of the walls on the body?
